The Morris Union Developmental Learning Center mural was created over a 2 year period.
At about 12 ft high and 30 feet wide, it is the largest project Marilyn has completed in an educational setting.
It is being used for play and to instruct students in this amazing space called Main Street. Here all sorts of activities from banking to grocery shopping are simulated.
Marilyn has found that special needs kids thrive on the tactile experience. Students that helped create the mural as well as the entire school community can touch it.
Marilyn wrote "Jasim, my designer /intern was beside himself thrilled to unveil it. I can die happy just making a difference in his life."
A Scrapbook recording the process of creating this mural from start to finish was presented to Marilyn at the end of the project.

Approx 12' x 30' x6”
